About your emotional core values
You love the finer things in life, enjoy luxury and a good pampering. You are generally relaxed and sociable and love to get together with friends to share a delicious meal and a few drinks. You place a great deal of value in enjoying life and you can be great fun to be with, but you may sometimes get frustrated that you’re not achieving all that what you’d like to in life. You may also struggle to complete important tasks on time and you prefer to work as part of a team rather than take the lead. 

You are particularly suited to caring professions and nurturing roles and may work in education, health or service industries. You invest a great deal in your relationships and your family and you make a sensual lover.

About your physical core values
A Sybarite’s natural curviness means that extra pounds are easily gained. Your body type requires lots of protein, minimal fats and low levels of complex carbohydrates. You should try and avoid eating simple carbohydrates such as sweets, chocolates, alcohol, white bread, pasta, white rice, soda drinks etc. Get your complex carbohydrates from whole fresh foods, such as, fruit and vegetables, oats, wholemeal and rye.

Snack on nuts and seeds and remember that the body cannot distinguish the difference between de-hydration and hunger so always drink water throughout the day as those pangs more likely mean thirst-time, not snack-time. 

Sybarites respond beautifully to long cardiovascular workouts of 30-60 minutes duration.
