All orders are dispatched and delivered on working days only (normally Monday to Friday). Any orders placed over the weekend or on national holidays will be dispatched the following working day.
Slendertone offers a range of delivery options:
• Standard Shipping
These will be shipped via USPS - you should receive your order within 7 to 10 business days.
• Priority Handling
Your order will be processed as a priority by your distribution center and shipped via FedEx. You should receive your order within 3 to 5 business days.
• Rush ShippingYour order will be processed as a priority order by your distribution center AND it will ship via FedEx next day. You should receive your order within 1 to 2 business days.
We will send you order and shipping confirmations as your order is processed to allow you to track the progress of your order.
Upon receipt of your order, we will pre-authorize your card for the full value of the order. This means that we will ask your card-issuer to place a reservation on the funds in your account on our behalf. Once we process and ship your order, your card will be charged. Refunds are always made to the account that was used when placing the order. We therefore recommend NOT using gift cards to place your order.
