Train whenever it suits you
Don’t fret if you struggle to find the time to train because of work and family. You can easily squeeze in a bottom toning sessions when you’re walking the dog, doing chores and even sitting at your desk.
Even if you cannot combine toning with exercise every time, a 30-minute session is still as effective as doing 60 reverse leg lifts.
